Terms of Service
RDHPass ("we", "us") provides online study materials for dental hygiene licensure examinations. By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these terms.
1. What you get
A personal, non-transferable license to use the study materials for the exam you purchased, for the access period shown at checkout. Access is for one person. Sharing accounts or redistributing questions, explanations, or translations is not permitted.
2. What we are not
RDHPass is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Florida Board of Dentistry, the Florida Department of Health, ADEX (formerly CDCA-WREB-CITA), the American Dental Association, or the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations. Our questions are original and are not the questions on any real examination. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Statutes and rules change; the official texts published by the State of Florida govern.
3. No guarantee of results
We work hard to keep the content accurate and aligned to the exam, but passing depends on you. We do not guarantee that you will pass, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
4. Refunds and the pass promise
See the Refund Policy. In short: a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started a full mock exam. And if you sat the exam and did not pass, send us your score report within 30 days of the exam date and we extend your access free until your next attempt — one extension per attempt, up to 12 months from purchase.
5. Your account
Keep your password secure and your contact details current. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including account sharing or attempts to copy the question bank.
6. Content and translations
Explanations, interface text, and study translations are provided in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Translations are unofficial aids for study only; the examination and the law are in English.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. When a change materially affects you, we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
8. Language
These terms are published in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The English version is the binding text: where a translation and the English version conflict, the English version governs. The examination and the law are in English.
