Frequently asked questions

Answers about the Florida Laws and Rules exam, how RDHPass works, languages, payment and refunds, and the dentist exam.

The exam

Is this the real exam?
No. Our questions are original and written from the statutes and rules. They mirror the format and difficulty, not the actual items.
How do I register, and what does the exam cost?
You register on the ADEX candidate portal and pay the examination fee there — and the same amount again for a retake. The Florida Department of Health charges its own application and licence fees separately. Every number, with the official page it came from, is in the exam guide: Hygiene guide
Is the exam itself offered in Spanish or Portuguese?
No. The Laws and Rules exam is given in English. That is why our questions and mock exams stay in English while the explanations are in your language: you understand the concept in Spanish or Portuguese and practice the exact English wording you will read on exam day.

Studying

Is this just a question bank?
No. It opens with a course: a short study note per topic, in the order the exam weights them, each written from the statute or rule it cites and ending in a few checks. The bank, the timed mocks, the spaced review and the daily plan are what you do after you have read it. The opening note of every topic is free with an account, so you can judge the writing before you pay.
How is this different from reading the statutes for free?
The statutes and rules are free, and every question links straight to them. What the raw text cannot give you is practice: original items written from those exact sections, timed mocks in the exam format, explanations in your language, and a review queue that brings back what you missed. Reading Chapter 466 tells you what the law says; answering questions tells you whether you can spot it under time pressure.
What happens when the law changes?
We track Chapter 466, Chapter 456 and Division 64B5 against the official texts and rewrite the affected questions and explanations. Every item records the section it came from, so a change has a short, traceable list of items to fix. Updates are included while your access is active.
How long do I have access?
180 days from purchase. If the testing agency delays your exam, tell us and we extend it at no charge. After 180 days your account and your history stay; you keep the free tier and can buy another access period whenever you need it.

Languages

Can I study in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. The interface and every explanation are in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Questions and mock exams stay in English, like the real test, so you practice the exact wording you will see.

Payment

Is there a refund?
Yes. Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started a full mock exam. The free mini mock does not count against it. Refunds
What if I fail?
Send us your score report within 30 days of the exam and we extend your access free until your next attempt — one extension per attempt, up to 12 months from purchase. It is written into the refund policy and the terms, not a favour we may or may not do.
Can I get a receipt or an invoice?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt as soon as the payment clears. If you need a different name or a tax number on it, write to us and we will reissue it.

Dentists and other exams

Do you cover the NBDHE?
Not yet. Both Florida Laws and Rules modules are open — the hygiene paper and the dentist paper. The national boards are next, and which one we build first is decided by the guide pages: leave your email on the one you need.
Do you cover the dentist Laws and Rules exam?
Yes. It is open as its own module, with its own bank and its own price: up to 67 items in 90 minutes, on the same statutes and rules as the hygiene paper, weighted to a dentist's scope. Buying one module does not include the other. Its guide has every verified number and where to register: Dentist guide
Which module comes next?
You decide it. Every exam we have researched has a guide page with its verified structure and a form that says “tell me when this opens”. We build the one people ask for, and we will not open a module until it can simulate the real paper honestly. Start here: NBDHE guide
